1 Mil KAPTON® TAPE

Kapton tape®, also known as Polyimide tape, heat resistant tape and high temperature masking tape is ideal for wave soldering, insulating circuit boards and high temperature powder coating. It has a high dielectric strength. Kapton tape is supplied with Silicone adhesive which does not leave any residue. It can withhold temperature upto 500°F/260°C. It conforms to MIL-P-46112, TYPE I.
